- The problem here was not the guns that this idiot had. He rigged his apartment with bombs. If he wanted to kill people, and did not have access to guns, How hard is it to think that he could have walked into that theater with a few pipe bombs. MANY more than 12 would have died.

- @culheath, and how's that working? 14 million guns were sold in the US last year. I'd venture to say that there are MANY more guns in the public hands, than there are cars. Look up the death rate attributed to both.

- Why can't we just all be Americans? Many Black families have been in this country longer than either side of mine, yet I call myself simply... "American". Not German American. My feelings are, that this is part of the perpetuation of racisism. We all need to let these labels go.
